How is the locker rental process carried out?
1- Enter our website:

2- Choose the date of your reservation.
3- Choose the size of your box.
4- Complete your registration.
5- You make the payment.
6- You will receive the access code in your mail.
7- You enter the code on the entrance door keypad, access it and store your luggage.
8- Make sure to close the door when leaving.
What happens if the reservation time of my locker?
We will be forced to charge you a supplement and access to

Yes, we offer a 15% discount for bookings in sections of
more than 48 hours, bookings made 7 days or more in advance and other discounts
for long-term lockers, you can ask us about your request and we will give a
good solution.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, of course!
We will return the money as long as the cancellation of the
reservation is made during the 24 hours prior to the start of the Locker
reservation.
What can I keep in the locker?
The space is rented and you don't pay for each bag, you can
store suitcases, bags, clothes, documents, keys, your purchases,...
It is warned that it is not allowed to keep those that could
prevent the proper functioning of the lockers such as combustibles, flammables,
explosives,...
You can't leave stolen or illegally trafficked items, or
leave animals there either...
What can I do if I have made the reservation and realize that I need a bigger box?
There is no problem !

hours of 9:00 - 21:00 hours and we will see if there is availability of the
option of a larger one.
We'll cancel the one you previously booked and refund you so
you can book a new one.
